These ladies are not rated…cause they are all just BAD BAD BAD…Don’t you agree?

Yikes!! Kimora Lee Simmons does it again…What great fashion sense she has! I guess thats why Baby Phat is so high fashion ;-)

Piper Perabo- wow. WAY to cosumey…she took the title of the gala a little to literal!

Fergie- Its a bit harsh! And aren’t gowns supposed to be flattering? Her hair stylist should be fired!

Honorable Mentions: Anna Wintour, (for looking like shrimp cocktail) Jennifer Connolly, (for bringing the BAD 90′s back) and Amanda Peet (for over accessorizing an ugly dress)
