I say David Beckham. I like it with the black pants instead of the whole outfit.
Will, he wore the ensemble in a more unique way with matching top and bottoms.
David, cause it was to much with both pieces.
Will fo sho. He adds his own attitude to the outfit, and not many people could pull off the full suit.

Will. He owned the outfit. More than just pulling off a potentially ‘old’ pattern, he revitalized, opened up it’s character and gave it finess. Kudos to him.
