I don’t know who the first one was to do it, but now that its cooling off I am seeing all these girls wearing tights with shorts! WHY? If you want to wear tights, why don’t you just get a cute skirt or dress? Shorts are just overall not flattering and to top it all off we’re not going to put them in storage for the winter now? PLEASE if you do this- just stop. Go buy a skirt or something.

I’m going to have to disagree with the tights and shorts. While Britney massacres anything confused with good style, I’ve done the tights/leggings with shorts and I’ll do it again!
I think it’s all in the shoes. Wearing pumps with shorts really looks Beyonce-tacky no matter what you have on your legs, but an ankle or full length boot layered with a sweater or cardigan under a heavier jacket is something I could see working for sure.
I agree with you victoria about the shoe thing- but so many people do it wrong that I think it should just stop happening…if you can do it right- by all means- do it right!
People will look back and think “did I really wear something like that!”
Fashion can be blind. Leave this style for the little girls and teenagers.
Britteny forgets she is getting OLD. On the otherhand, Beyonce can get away with the look because she has a ‘cool’ image.
