I am loving the soft, feminine look that Louis Vuitton took with their Spring/Summer line this year. All the pastels and off whites are getting me excited for summer!
I was in Zara the other day and noticed the entire store looked like it was inspired by the newest Louis Vuitton collection. I saw a ton of silks, florals and crocheted fabrics in beautiful pastels. Unfortunately you cannot purchase with Zara online, but step into your nearest location when you get a chance, it’s worth checking out! Below are a few of my favorites:

March 23rd brings us the release of the book turned movie The Hunger Games, and I thought I’d get you excited with some fashion looks from the film. This post is inspired by our favorite tribute Katniss Everdeen. Personally I am looking forward to seeing Jennifer Lawrence take on the roll, I think after seeing her in Winter’s Bone that we know she will do it justice. Are you as excited for the movie as I am?
Are you anticipating the return of Mad Men on March 25th as much as I am? Have you been going through Don Draper drama withdrawal? Do you miss the click-click-click of the typewriters or the clank of the ice cubes hitting the whiskey glass?
One of the things I miss most about Mad Men is the fashion. Don always is looking super dapper, but its the ladies fashion that always grabs my eye. Which female lead is your favorite? Do you love the sexy Joan, the classic Betty or the modest Peggy?
Always glamorous and full of sparkle, Whitney dazzled on every stage she preformed on! Lets take a look at some fashion inspired by one of the greatest voices of our time, Whitney Houston.

At the GQ Man of The Year Awards, Jamie King looked gorgeous. This inspired me to create a new Get The Look post!
Jamie is wearing a retro style party dress, which is perfect for upcoming holiday season. This A-Line shaped dress is a great style for EVERY body type; because of this it is my personal favorite style dress for the holiday season.
With this retro style dress, I recommend keeping the hair simple. You can do a sleek down ‘do, like Jamie did, or a french twist. Keep the accessories to a minimum. I recommend a good strong earring and a clutch. Finish off the look with a pair of black heels- either peep toes or t-straps to keep with the retro feel. For a more edgy look go with a bootie or platform shoe.
Take a peek at my Get The Look style sheet, (see below) for how you can get Jamie’s style. Everything on the style sheet can be purchased online at Mod Cloth.

Last week Jude Law made an appearance at the Beyond Time: William Turnbull premere wearing an awesome look for fall. Jude is known for his edgy but effortless style, and I love this look because it’s easy for men to wear and for you to modify to fit your personal style.
If you are more classic, stick to a straight leg cuffed jean like Jude has done, and if you are more fashion forward go for a skinny cut jean tucked into your boots. Maybe fedora’s aren’t your thing? Go for a slouchy touque/beanie instead.
Take a look at my Get The Look style sheet below for some inspiration. All the items you can purchase online at Asos.
